Conditions and Disclosure
healthandscience.eu sells books through our web shop to corporate businesses, public institutions and individuels. You must be 18 years old to place an order in the web shop.
We are unaccountable for any errors in production information and we reserve the right to change prices without preceding notification.
When you shop at healthandscience.eu, you accept our terms and conditions. Furthermore, when buying through our web shop, you also accept that we register your contact information and your phone number - and a business number for corporate businesses (VAT number for companies) - in our customer database in order to process your order
When you make a purchase from our web shop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation with information about your order.Please note: It is only possible to order for delivery within EU when shopping online. Any request regarding shipment to addresses abroad should be directed at our Customer Services.
Sale and Delivery
All product prices are given in Euro (EUR) and Danish Kroner (DKK) including 25% Danish VAT and are subject to change without prior notice. The prices do not include shipping costs.Please note that there are specific tax rules that apply to deliveries outside Denmark.
Corporate businesses within the EU
A VAT registered company will not be charged with VAT if the following apply: 1) The commodity is physically transported to another EU country; 2) the EU VAT number of the buyer is registered in another EU country than Denmark and must appear on the invoice. If one of these conditions is not fulfilled, the buyer will be charged with Danish VAT. Thus, it is always necessary that the commodity leaves Denmark and that the EU VAT number of the buyer appears on the invoice.
Consumers within the EU
Danish VAT (25%) will be charged.
Corporate businesses and consumers outside the EU
Danish VAT will not be charged.
Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient's national customs service may charge duty and add local VAT to the order. Healthandscience.eu is not responsible for national customs service duty or local VAT. Sometimes the customs service charges the amount from the carrier, who then charges the amount form the recipient of the order.
Order
When you have found the book(s) that you want to purchase, enter your name, postal address and e-mail address and telephone number. Mandatory information is indicated with a red star. Check that your order information is correct and then go to "Place Order".
Healthandscience.eu will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The order confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price.

Payment
Payment is via invoice enclosed order. You have 14 days payment period. By non-payment is forwarded a Reminder with an addition of a fee EUR13,50/DKK100,00. Non-payment after 3rd Reminder is handed over to debt collection.
Shipping charges
The rates for shipping are given below. They reflect the costs incurred by the healthandscience.eu for providing these services and will be reviewed periodically.
Shipping to Denmark: DKK 12,50
Shipping to other EU-countries: EUR 2,96
Delivery
The publications will be delivered to the postal address given on your order form.
Partial delivery
As a rule healthandscience.eu will group your books in one package. If we are unable to do so, healthandscience.eu will dispatch them as partial deliveries and we will pay the shipping costs.
Shipments under 2 kg are usually dispatched via normal post within 7 days to addresses in the EU, and within 10 days to addresses outside the EU.
Shipments over 2 kg are usually dispatched by courier within 10 days of receiving your order, regardless of destination.
The above times correspond to the time normally required to process and deliver an order.
healthandscience.eu cannot be held responsible for unsolicited orders of publications made by user on behalf of /(and/or delivered to) another person (recipient).
In the event of suspected misuse or abuse of the free online order facility, healthandscience.eu reserves the right to block or amend these orders and deliveries.
healthandscience.eu cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery due to force majeure, such as computer breakdown, disruption or strikes affecting postal services.
General rules on returns
If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it - and please send it to healthandscience.eu with a copy of your invoice.
The cost of returning a product is non-refundable. Your order payment will b refunded to your account as soon as we have ensured that the product is in good condition. As a rule you can expect to receive the payment within two weeks.
If you need to return a wrongly delivered or damaged product, we will pay your shipping costs. We reserve the right to correct a deficiency or replace the order with an undamaged product rather than refund the payment.
Returns made after the 15-days period will not be accepted.

Contractual conditions
Contracts with healthandscience.eu are made in Danish only.
When you purchase from healthandscience.eu you are protected by the Danish Sales of Goods Act and the Danish Consumer Protection Act. Thus as a consumer you are thereby protected by the applicable legislation.
Disclaimer
healthandscience.eu cannot be held responsible for anything other than what is required under Danish law.
Disputes
Any disputes between healthandscience.eu and a corporate business will be determined by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen.

When you place an order or create a user profile on healthandscience.eu the Privacy Legal Conditions (see below) apply for the management of your personal information. We advise you to print or save these conditions.

Registration of personal information: Ordering
When you place an order with healthandscience.eu we save a series of information about you. We register your first and last name, your address, your e-mail address and the product(s) you buy. We use this information to handle your order and in accordance with the Danish Accounting Laws we store the information for a period of 5 years from your latest purchase.
We also register that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Legal Conditions.
Furthermore, healthandscience.eu employs statistics based on log files. This means, for instance, that we use the statistics to create bestseller lists.
Registration of personal information: User profile
You need to create a user profile to place an order with healthandscience.eu. When you create a user profile on healthandscience.eu we register a series of mandatory informations about you. These are your first and last name, your address and your e-mail address and telephone number. Additionally we record which product(s) you buy via your user profile and we register that you have accepted our Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Legal Conditions.
We use your mandatory information in the same way as the information you provide when you place an order (see above). Furthermore, we use your e-mail address to identify your user profile, process or fulfill an order or transaction, offer you content of relevans to your interests and needs, and provide you special offers, promotions, surveys and newsletters as well as products, events and services of ours, our collaborators an non-affiliated third parties.
We may on occasion also match or combine the personal information that you provide with information that we obtain from other sources or that is already in our records, whether collected online or offline or collaborators, for the purpose described above.
